Haglöfs Ambassador Program
We created a framework for a Haglöfs Ambassador (Pioneer) Program that drives brand experience and knowledge, improving advocacy and experties and helps drive brand sales. This program is targeted to the sales personal in Haglöfs stores but also their retailers stores and is mainly executed and run through a digital platform called Myagi.

I have work on this project as a strategist and the first step was to create a strategy on what are the most important aspect of an Ambassador or Advocacy program. After creating program pillars, a mission, and setting up KPIs, I started designing a User Flow and an Onboarding User Experience. Moreover, I was also part of content creating for the onboarding, and challenges.

1. Key information about the program
2. Instructions on how to register account and download app
3. WhatsApp Group
Onboarding
Done in platform, video, post and quiz.
Enforced with welcome kit in person and WhatsApp
Engaging
We keep the Pioners enageged by inviting them to be a part of a community, gain new knowledge and strive for achievments and reaching the next peak. Being rewarded based on their engagement.
Exiting
Ambassadors can leave the program due to:
1. Own will
2. New adventures
3. Low engagement / not fulfilling
